What are Zovo Points?
Zovo Points are Teazovo's seller rewards currency. 1 Point = ₹1. You can redeem them against your subscription renewal, delivery fee credits, or platform advertising spend.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your Seller Dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your dashboard with no penalties.
What is the 3% payment gateway fee?
All sellers (including Free) pay a 3% combined payment gateway + bank transfer fee on each settlement. This is charged by our payment processor and is not a platform profit.
Does the commission change if I upgrade to Pro?
No. Your commission rate (0%, 3%, or 5%) is based on your seller type, not your subscription plan. Pro plan gives you visibility and point benefits, not commission discounts.
How does the free delivery base rate in Pro work?
With Zovo Pro, Teazovo subsidises the first ₹30 of delivery cost on every order. You still share the remaining delivery cost per the standard split formula.
