By registering as a seller on Teazovo, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Teazovo Technologies Pvt Ltd.
2. Seller Obligations
As a seller, you guarantee that all products listed comply with local laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for setting accurate sizes, descriptions, and honor all accepted orders immediately.
3. Fees and Settlements
Teazovo operates on a tiered commission model starting at 0% for qualified local businesses. Settlements are processed dynamically. You must provide a valid Razorpay Route account or bank account for payouts.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for repeated quality violations, counterfeit products, or fraudulent activity, determined via our Quality & Compliance algorithms.
